This has been the most frustrating experience I've ever dealt with trying to transfer apartments after my roommate moved out. I feel like I've been playing telephone with the property manager for almost a month now just to be denied after putting down a deposit for a new unit over information they had BEFORE I applied to transfer. Very disappointing because I actually enjoy living here.

Backstory: Been waiting currently 8 months on maintenance orders for messed up windows.
Have to get into a physical altercation with people DAILY because the covered parking i pay for is not labeled and most people assume it’s not an assigned parking spot.
Have spoken to management, maintenance, multiple people in the front office staff, and they lie constantly, multiple people telling me conflicting reasons why things haven’t been done yet.
Update: It has been 8 months with messed up windows, they sent in a specialist a couple months back to check all the windows and label the one that need to be fixed ( all windows in the house got labeled) and now all the labels are faded and non existent because it’s been months since anyone has spoken to us about it/ been here to fix the problems.
Parking is a constant frustrating situation, they used to have a sign that had the towing phone number on it, i'm pretty sure i had to tow 3 cars total now due to the covered parking problem, and instead of adding the label to my parking spot. The sign to call for towing got removed.
Definitely not the place to live if you want to get a full nights sleep. Walls seem to be paper thin as well as the main entrance door and balcony/patio doors. Ice often accumulated at the both balcony and main doors when it was cold enough, so that would make me assume that there is NO insulation for the doors. For me personally while living here anytime a toilet was flushed above me the water from my toilet would completely drain, as well as ticking noise that could be heard throughout the entire apartment for a few minutes. Dogs would constantly be off leash in the grassy areas. Parking is abysmal, be prepared to not be guaranteed parking for the first month because you have to wait on a list for parking. After that wait you aren't guaranteed a spot near your apartment, and you have to either pay $40 for a covered spot and upwards to $100 for a garage. In my opinion the parking should be included in the rent because of the LACK of free parking. There was constant construction around the complex which is still ongoing to the date of this review, causing constant loud noise as well as heavy dust/dirt if you are on the southern or western buildings. Maintenance is iffy but could take a while from time to time as well as not fixing the issue at hand and just providing a temporary work around which would inevitably fail. Snow removal is nonexistent. If you have car that can not handle the snow you are screwed. With US36 being so close you would think that the windows and insulation would be sufficient to block out the noise, they were not. The construction quality of the buildings seemed off as well. Not a single wall in my apartment seemed to be true. Every wall was warped severely to the point where a book shelf can not sit flush against a wall. There was minor cosmetic damage around the apartment as well as windows not fully sealing when shut. The staff are incredibly friendly but I would definitely recommend against living here unless invest in NOISE CANCELLING headphones you can wear while sleeping. Also they took away the free beer so there is literally no benefit to moving here anymore.
EDIT AFTER THEY RESPONDED: They have been "actively working on parking" it seems for more than 4 years based on reviews. Hasn't seemed to change in those 4 years...
Everyone’s so wonderful here. The complex is quite but with a good social network if you’re looking for friends. Everyone at the front office is always so help. Maintenance is the real rock stars! They are always super fast to respond to anything you need.
Lived here for over 2 years now and the 4 stars has nothing to do with the office and wonderful staff that run the apartment complex. They are very attentive and helpful and do a wonderful job of helping out when it is needed. At the end of the day these are still apartments. There are little annoyances like the water heater sometimes has to be reset (easy to flip the switch but you gotta wait for the water to heat up again) and neighbors are generally friendly but once and a while there is a loud motorcycle at 3am. Parking is not great, so get a unit with an attached garage for sure! But if you are looking for places to live in Broomfield this is a great spot overall.
